We have formulated our emmi®-dent ultrasonic toothpaste "Kids" especially for the needs of children. Children's daily dental hygiene differs significantly from that of adults. With its fruity-sweet taste, our children's toothpaste encourages even the youngest children to have fun with their daily dental care. As this toothpaste has been enriched with 500ppm (part per million) fluoride to effectively protect the sensitive milk teeth from acids and harmful bacteria, we recommend using a pea-sized amount and brushing under supervision. This helps to avoid excessive and unwanted swallowing of the ultrasonic toothpaste.

The so-called piezo chip generates the medical-therapeutic ultrasound frequency of 1.6 MHz required for tooth cleaning. This frequency is not perceptible to the human senses. The piezo-ceramic disc developed and patented by emmi®-dent conveys ultrasonic waves at a speed of up to 96 million air vibrations per minute into the ultrasonic toothpaste mixed with micro-bubbles. The fine bubbles break open. The resulting suction effect has the effect that harmful bacteria as well as plaque and deposits are loosened from the teeth and from the interdental spaces.
