emmi^® D20 Q stainless steel ultrasonic cleaner

The emmi^®-D20 Q with a 1.6L tank capacity convinces with its stable stainless steel oscillating tank and stainless steel housing. Due to its square shape, it is ideally suited for medical laboratory use. It is also a reliable ultrasonic cleaning device for dental, household, ophthalmic optics and nail/tattoo/cosmetic studio applications.

In the household, the ultrasonic bath can be used for glasses and clean small parts gentle and effectiv. Hearing aids, prostheses, jewelry and many other plastic/glass and stainless steel parts are also cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner thoroughly. 

The Sweep Technology ensures that the best working frequency is always generated, even with changing loads due to loading, filling level, temperature and liquid. This creates a particularly homogeneous, uniformly effective ultrasonic field in the entire ultrasonic bath.

The Degas-function efficiently accelerates the degassing of the cleaning liquid. This is particularly important after the new preparation of the cleaning solution. Cavitation, which is important for cleaning, only becomes fully effective in a degassed bath.

The emmi^®-D20 Q also has a timer (1-60 Min./continuous operation) snd a heater (20-80°C). Due to the precisely fitting shape of the basket, the lid rests ideally on the device and the heat is kept longer in the device. A power control (50% / 100%) completes the full range of equipment for thorough and efficient cleaning with ultrasound.
